01Do you provide the lights?
Yes. We design the display around your house and use commercial-grade LED lighting sized for your rooflines, eaves, trees, and shrubs.
02Will the clips damage my roof or gutters?
No staples, nails, or roof penetrations. We use surface-appropriate clips and weatherproof connections, so nothing is left behind in January.
03What if a bulb goes out mid-season?
Call us. Mid-season service is part of every install. If a bulb fails or a storm shifts a strand, we come back and make it right.
04Do you light storefronts and businesses?
Yes. Homes and storefronts get the same program: design, installation, in-season service, and take-down.
05What happens after the season?
We pull every clip, coil and label the strands, and offer storage guidance for next year. The roofline goes back exactly as we found it.
